Ordering
DirectVacuum.com offers various ways to customers to place purchase
orders. The quickest and most efficient way is to place an order online. We
also accept orders by phone (508-672-4489), fax (508-672-0059) and email
(admin@micromagnetics.com).
If you choose to place an order online, here are the steps you need to
follow:

1. Find the Items You
Want
You can find the items you would like to order by product search or
category browse. Keyword search boxes are located on the right of almost
every page. You can also find your interested products by browsing product
categories located on the left of a webpage. When you find a product you
would like to order, click the name or the image of the item to see its
product detail page.
2. Add the Items to Your
Shopping Cart
Key in the quantity of an item you would like to order in the box under
the listed price and click the "Order" button on the item's product detail
page. Once you've added the item to your Shopping Cart, click the "Continue
shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all
of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping
Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page
of our Web site.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Before you checkout, review all of the items you have placed in your
Shopping Cart. If you don't want to purchase a particular item, click "remove" button next to the title. The item will be removed from your
Shopping Cart. When you are satisfied with the contents of your Shopping
Cart, click "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be asked to sign in.
4. Sign In
If you are a new customer, you need to register first by clicking the
"Sign Up" button. You will be taken to a Customer Registration Form. Fill in
all the required fields and click "Continue".
If you are returned customer or you are a registered but not currently
logged in user, enter your e-mail address and password and click "Login".
Verify your information and click "Continue".
If you are currently a logged-in registered user, you will be able to
skip this step.
5. Choose a Shipping
Method
DirectVacuum provides you with various shipping methods. Shipping charges
are also given. Click the arrow and choose the shipping method for your
order, then click "Continue".
6. Review and Submit
Your Order
Check the accuracy of the information you provided by clicking the
"Click
here to review your order" icon. When you are ready to place an order,
return to the previous page and click "Order Now" button.
7. Provide Payment
Information
We accept Visa, Visa Check Cards, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
payment directly from your bank account, and checks, money orders and
international wire transfers. We do not accept cash payment.
If you are paying with a credit card, please fill out the credit card
payment information; If you would like to use bank electronic or wire
transfers, please contact us for our bank information; If you choose check
or money order payment for your order, please make your check payable to
MICRO MAGNETICS, INC. and mail your check to the following address:

8. Track Your Order
If you would like to track your order, click
"My Account" link in the top
right corner of most pages on our Web site. Here you will be able to review
previous orders you have placed with DirectVacuum. You can also track your
order status by clicking "Review Previous Order" and track the shipment of
your order by clicking "Shipment Tracking".
Managing Your Customer Profile
It is easy to manage your profile at DirectVacuum.com. On the
"Account"
page, you will be able to Review Previous Orders, Change Shipping
Address, Reset Password, Update Personal Information and Track Shipment
of Your Order.
1. Review Previous
Orders
Click the "Review Previous Orders" icon on the
"Account" page, all orders
you have placed at DirectVacuum.com will show up. You will be able to see
the order status of each order. If you would like to track one particular
order, click "Yes" in the "Track" column. You can also print out your order
by clicking "Print".
2. Change Shipping
Address
Go to the "Account" page, and click the
"Change
Shipping Address", you will be able to update your shipping address.
3. Reset Password
Go to "Account" page, and click "Forgot Your Password". Enter your last
name and your email address as required, a new password will be sent to you
via email immediately. If you want to change your password, go to "Account"
page, and click "Update Personal Information", enter the new password twice
in the relative fields and click "Continue". Your new password will be
valid.
4. Update Personal
Information
Go to "Account" page, and click "Update Personal Information", you will
be able to update your personal information in the relative fields.
5. Shipment Tracking
Go to "Account" page, click
"Shipment Tracking", you
will be able to track the shipment of your order by entering the tracking
number provided to you by DirectVacuum.
Payment

Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping Time
The total delivery time for your order is the period of
time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It
depends on two parts, the processing time and the shipping time. Processing
time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the
item leaves the warehouse. If an item is in stock, the processing time is
usually within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, you can find out the
processing time either from the item page or by contacting us. Shipping time
is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it is delivered to you.
It depends on the shipping method you choose when you place an order.
2. Shipping Cost
Usually, the shipping cost is based on an item's size,
weight, shipping method, delivery address, and carrier. You can see your
estimated shipping cost during checkout. Your shipping cost will be given at
the moment of the checkout.
3. Shipment Tracking
You can track the shipment of your order by clicking
"Shipment Tracking"
in the "Account" page. By entering the tracking number which is given to you
by DirectVacuum, you will be able to get the real-time information on the
shipment status of your order.
Warranty Claims and Services
1. General Warranty
Policy
Direct Vacuum's products are covered by a Limited Warranty.
The Limited Warranty is extended by MICRO MAGNETICS to the original
purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.
MMI warrants its products to be free from harmful
defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship for a minimum of six
months from date of shipment from MMI. MMI's liability is limited to
replacing, repairing or issuing credit, at its option, for any products,
which are returned by the original purchaser during the warranty period.
This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages
resulting from normal wear & tear, casualty, accident, alterations, misuse,
abuse, unusual conditions, or use with devices not compatible to MMI's
products.
MMI makes no warranty that its products are fit for the
use or purpose to which they may be put by the buyer, whether or not MMI's
products are specifically designed and/or manufactured for buyer's use or
purpose. MMI's liability on any claim for loss or damage arising out of the
sale, resale or use of any of its products shall in no event exceed the
selling price of the unit.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF AND
EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR
OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MMI BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES.
All sales are final, shipped FOB origin and payable in
U.S. Dollars. MMI's maximum liability on any order shall be limited to the
purchase price stated on the invoice. Any claim for shortage, damage, or
shipment error must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
2. Procedures to File a
Warranty Claim
First, you need to request an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number from
DirectVacuum. The original invoice number, part numbers and proof of
purchase information are required. Return product via prepaid freight
with proof of purchase information is required.
Then, clearly mark the return
product with RMA number on the outside of the package. Returned packages not clearly
displaying valid RMA number can be refused.
Please note that for the defective product
covered by MMI warranty, MMI shall 1) repair, 2) replace, or 3) issue credit
(at the purchase price) at MMI's option. An RMA for defective product being returned is valid for 15 calendar
days. If MMI agrees to accept the return of product for credit, the credit
will be issued only when the product is returned within 15 calendar days
after the date of RMA issuance.
