This Web site ("Site") is provided by Micro Magnetics, Inc. ("MMI") and may be used for informational purposes and for purchasing products offered on the site only. By using the site or downloading materials from the site, you agree to abide by the Terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use or view the Site or download materials from the Site.

Upon MMI's belief that your conduct fails to conform with these Terms, MMI, in its sole discretion and without notice, reserves the right to block your access to this Site, to investigate and to involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and to pursue a civil action or criminal prosecution for any alleged or actual illegal activities involving this Site.

Subject to the Terms set forth herein, MMI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this site and the materials thereon. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the site in any way.

Any personally identifiable information you may provide to MMI via this Site is protected by the Privacy and Security Policy associated with this Site. MMI does not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to MMI via the Site. You agree that any information or materials that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to MMI will not be considered confidential or proprietary. By providing any such information or materials to MMI, you grant MMI an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publicly perform, transmit and distribute such information and materials, and you further agree that MMI is free to use any ideas, concepts or know-how that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to MMI. MMI may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. MMI may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. MMI may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all Materials.

International Users and Choice of Law

This Site is operated and administered within the United States of America. If you access this Site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Massachusetts, for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to these Terms and/or your use of the Site.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between MMI and you with respect to your use of the Site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Terms, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Shipping

• Shipping Time

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It depends on two parts, the processing time and the shipping time. Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. If an item is in stock, the processing time is usually within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, you can find out the processing time either from the item page or by contacting us. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it is delivered to you. It depends on the shipping method you choose when you place an order.

• Shipping Cost

Usually, the shipping cost is based on an item¡¯s size, weight, shipping method, delivery address, and carrier. You can see your estimated shipping cost during checkout.

Privacy & Security Policy

MMI is committed to protecting any personal information that you may provide to us. Further, MMI recognizes the importance of informing you how we treat and manage information about you collected from this Site.

Information Collected and Use of Collected Information
In general, you can visit this Site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers may collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. Once you make a purchase, request a catalog or other information from MMI, your name, shipping/mailing address, telephone number, email address and fax number are included in our customer file. This information is used to ensure a quick, efficient flow of products and services to you.

MMI may use your mailing address to send the MMI catalog to keep you updated on our most current products and services. Occasionally, MMI may make the names and addresses of our customer list available to carefully screened companies that offer products and/or services that may be of interest to you. You may elect to opt out of either of these uses of your mailing address by emailing us at admin@micromagnetics.com

Email addresses may be used to communicate information of interest to you about MMI. This includes Order Shipment/Tracking Information, Obsolete Part Bulletins, Service Change Information or other MMI promotional emails. You may elect to opt out of any or all of these emails by emailing us at admin@micromagnetics.com.

Email addresses are never rented, sold or traded to third parties. MMI will release information about you if you direct us to do so, if MMI is required by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances.

If you have an open account with MMI, credit and payment history will periodically be shared with credit reporting agencies.

Customer information is also used for marketing and market research for MMI. MMI or an authorized agent working for MMI may complete these activities. All customer information is kept confidential.

If you register with MMI online, MMI may use your information to provide you with custom information about MMI's offerings in support of your business needs.

Security of Collected Information
MMI maintains strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. MMI restricts access to information about you to those MMI workers who need to know the information to respond to your inquiry or request. Workers who misuse personal information are subject to disciplinary action.

Changes to Privacy and Security Policy
Although MMI reserves the right to modify or supplement this privacy policy, MMI will provide notice to you on this Site of any major changes for at least 30 days following the change. Please check this privacy policy periodically to inform yourself of any changes.

Warranty Policy

General Policy

Micro Magnetics' products are covered by a Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty is extended by MICRO MAGNETICS to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

MMI warrants its products to be free from harmful defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship for a minimum of six months from date of shipment from MMI. MMI¡¯s liability is limited to replacing, repairing or issuing credit, at its option, for any products, which are returned by the original purchaser during the warranty period. This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from normal wear & tear, casualty, accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, unusual conditions, or use with devices not compatible to MMI¡¯s products.

MMI makes no warranty that its products are fit for the use or purpose to which they may be put by the buyer, whether or not MMI¡¯s products are specifically designed and/or manufactured for buyer¡¯s use or purpose. MMI¡¯s liability on any claim for loss or damage arising out of the sale, resale or use of any of its products shall in no event exceed the selling price of the unit.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MMI BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

All sales are final, shipped FOB origin and payable in U.S. Dollars. MMI¡¯s maximum liability on any order shall be limited to the purchase price stated on the invoice. Any claim for shortage, damage, or shipment error must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Warranty Claims and Services

Proof of purchase date will be required to claim warranty services on all products. Products returned damaged or with tampered or missing labels will void the warranty.

Many products returned on Warranty claims are in 100% working order. Contacting our engineers and scientists will help to resolve many of the problems experienced with product installation and use.

If you need to file a warranty claim, please follow the Warranty Return Procedure provided below. For the return of defective product covered by MMI warranty, MMI shall 1)repair, 2) replace, or 3) issue credit (at the purchase price) at MMI¡¯s option. Proper authorization shall be obtained prior to the return of the defective product. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for defective product being returned is valid for 15 calendar days. If MMI agrees to accept the return of product for credit, the credit will be issued only when the product is returned within 15 calendar days after the date of RMA issuance.

Warranty Return Procedure

To file a warranty claim, customers must:

1. Request an RMA number from MMI. The original invoice number(s), part numbers and proof of purchase information is required.

2. Return product(s) via prepaid freight with proof of purchase information if required.

3. Return product(s) with RMA number(s) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returned packages not clearly displaying valid RMA number(s) can be refused.

Any returned product that was not purchased from MMI, differs from those parts for which an RMA was obtained, and/or does not have proof of purchase information if applicable, may be rejected and returned without repair, replacement or credit. With respect to returns to our facility, no credit shall be allowed for any item(s) damaged in transit, short-shipped or shipped in error. Please return products to the following address:
